Non-Solicitation

I will not solicit the direct services of a child care pro placed by Atlantic Babysitters Club, doing so will result in termination of my services.

Anti-Racist Mandate

I acknowledge that Atlantic Babysitters Club abides by an anti-racist company mandate and that anyone displaying discriminatory behaviour or using discriminatory language towards a child care pro based on race, sexual orientation or gender identity will be denied access to services.

Illness

Atlantic Babysitters Club does not allow for its providers to work while ill. If your chosen providers advises us that they are unwell, we will do everything we can to find you a replacement provider. However, we cannot guarantee provider availability. We will notify you immediately via email and text should there be a change in your provider.

Independent Contractors, Release, Hold Harmless and Waiver

I understand that a child care provider placed by Atlantic Babysitters Club is be a subcontractor of Atlantic Babysitters Club. I agree that Atlantic Babysitters Club is not responsible for the acts or omissions of a child care provider that it places. I release and hold harmless Atlantic Babysitters Club, its subcontractors and employees from any liability as a result of personal injury or property damage occurring while my children are in the care of a child care provider placed by Atlantic Babysitters Club and waive all claims with respect thereto.

This contract may be signed electronically or in hard copy. If signed in hard copy, it must be returned to the Business for valid record. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes.
