Non-Solicitation

I will not solicit the direct services of a child care pro placed by Atlantic Babysitters Club, if you would like to book one of our sitters please do so at www.atlanticbabysittersclub.com.

Anti-Racist Mandate

I acknowledge that Atlantic Babysitters Club abides by an anti-racist company mandate and that anyone displaying discriminatory behaviour or using discriminatory language towards a child care pro based on race, sexual orientation or gender identity will be denied access to services.

Location

Children are to be dropped off at Fledglings and Folk, please ensure you sign your children in and out.. If someone else will be picking your child(ren) up, please notify us at drop off.

Late Pick Up

If you are late picking your child up, you will be charged $20 per 15 minutes that you are late.

Independent Contractors, Release, Hold Harmless and Waiver

I understand that a child care provider placed by Atlantic Babysitters Club may be a subcontractor or employee of Atlantic Babysitters Club. Atlantic Babysitters Club thoroughly vets all childcare providers by interviewing, checking references, collecting background checks and CPR-C registrations. I agree that Atlantic Babysitters Club is not responsible for the acts or omissions of a child care pro that it places. I release and hold harmless Atlantic Babysitters Club, its subcontractors and employees from any liability as a result of personal injury or property damage occurring while my children are in the care of a child care pro placed by Atlantic Babysitters Club and waive all claims with respect thereto.

This contract may be signed electronically or in hard copy. If signed in hard copy, it must be returned to the Business for valid record. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes.
