Payment

You will receive an invoice within 48 hours of completing this form. Payment is due in full by end of day May 31st, 2024. Payment can be made through electronic funds transfer, card or email money transfer.

Non-Solicitation

I will not solicit the direct services of a child care pro placed by Atlantic Babysitters Club, if you would like to book one of our sitters please do so at www.atlanticbabysittersclub.com.

Anti-Racist Mandate

I acknowledge that Atlantic Babysitters Club abides by an anti-racist company mandate and that anyone displaying discriminatory behaviour or using discriminatory language towards a child care pro based on race, sexual orientation or gender identity will be denied access to services.

Location

Children are to be dropped off at Prince George Hotel, Balmoral room. Please ensure you sign your children in and out.. If someone else will be picking your child(ren) up, please notify us at drop off. Providers will take children out to a local green space each day.

Late Pick Up

If you are late picking your child up, you will be charged $20 per 15 minutes that you are late.

Independent Contractors, Release, Hold Harmless and Waiver

I acknowledge that the Canadian Orthopaedics Association maintains no affiliation with the Atlantic Babysitters Club and cannot be held accountable for any actions or oversights of childcare providers arranged by the Atlantic Babysitters Club. By agreeing to this, I absolve and indemnify the Canadian Orthopaedics Association against any liability arising from personal injury or property damage that may occur while my children are under the supervision of a childcare provider sourced by the Atlantic Babysitters Club, and I waive any related claims.

I further understand that the childcare providers arranged by the Atlantic Babysitters Club may function as subcontractors or employees of the club itself. The Atlantic Babysitters Club diligently screens all childcare providers through interviews, reference checks, background investigations, and CPR-C certifications. I consent that the Atlantic Babysitters Club cannot be held responsible for the actions or oversights of any childcare provider it places. Consequently, I release and indemnify the Atlantic Babysitters Club, along with its subcontractors and employees, from any liability arising from personal injury or property damage that may occur while my children are under the care of a childcare provider arranged by the Atlantic Babysitters Club, and I waive any and all related claims.

This contract may be signed electronically or in hard copy. If signed in hard copy, it must be returned to the Business for valid record. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes.
