Atlantic Babysitters Club is working with the Canadian Orthopaedic Association to provide childcare services during the upcoming Annual Meeting June 13th to 15th at the Prince George Hotel..
Atlantic Babysitters Club is Halifax's premier childcare service provider, each team member is highly vetted with many years of experience working with children of all ages and abilities. We are experienced in caring for children with medical complexities and neurodiverisites.
Each day of the event will be fun, engaging and educational for each child!
Registration and Payment is due by May 31st, 2024.

Children aged 3+
Location: Prince George Hotel- Balmoral Room
Drop off: 8am Pick Up: 5pm
Cost: $170 per day (activities and lunch/snacks included)
What to bring: change of clothes, filled water bottle and sunscreen.
Each day we will have new activities, crafts and games available.
For children aged 3+ we provide care at a 1:5 ratio.
We will be walking to each outing. Strollers will be available if needed.
Care is customizable based on childs needs and preferences (ex. not going on outings).
Parents will be provided with a contact number to reach their child's provider at any time.
Potty training is not required to participate.

Outing: Museum of Natural History to see the Dinosaur Exhibit

Morning Snack: Greek Yogurt Parfait with Fruit Compote, and House Made Granola.
Lunch: Cold Sandwich, cookie and juice. Catered by The Birds Nest Cafe.
Afternoon Snack: Nova Scotia Oat Cake + Seasonal Fruit.
2 / Day Two
Outing: Lunch picnic + Harbour Hopper Tour followed by a stop at the famous Cow's Ice Cream!

Lunch: Personal sized charcuterie boxes, fresh fruit + veggies! Catered by Better in Boxes.
Afternoon Snack: Granola Bar + Berries.
3 / Day Three

Morning Snack: Strawberry Rhubarb Scone + Smoothie.
Lunch: Mini Burger + Fries, cookie and juice box.
Afternoon Snack: Bread sticks, veggies + Dip.
Children aged 0-3
Location: Prince George Hotel- Balmoral Room
Drop off: 8am Pick Up: 5pm
Cost: $170 per day (lunch + snacks included)
What to bring: change of clothes, filled water bottle, diapering needs, blanket for nap time.
If you are able to bring and leaven your stroller for our daily walks, that would be appreciated.
Each day we will have new activities, crafts and games available.
For children aged 0-3 we provide care at a 1:3 ratio.

Care is customizable to meet your child's needs (ex. number of naps, bottle fed, etc).
